As it turned out, no special preparation was required. The main thing was to be healthy and not catch a cold. I was told that it was necessary to pass all the tests, because... The operation is performed under general anesthesia. Special warnings from Teplyashin A.S. I did not hear. He was calm and absolutely confident in himself. They only warned me that after the operation I would have to spend a day or two in the hospital, then they would remove the plaster and send me home. He talked about the rehabilitation period and what the consequences of such a surgical intervention would be - swelling of the nose, bruises under the eyes, etc.
You see, when your nose has been your complex for most of your adult life, you often don’t think about anything else but the possibility of changing it. I wasn't put off by the cost of the surgery. I was a little nervous, a little worried about how I would cope with general anesthesia and my face after the operation, because words are words, and seeing yourself with bruises under your eyes and a swollen nose is not very pleasant.

I felt so bad and in pain that it was just terrible, I can’t put it into words. The thought of what was under my plaster instead of a nose made me simply feel sick. I couldn’t sleep from the pain, I couldn’t forget myself or think about something good. Now I’m writing and thinking, maybe it was my premonition then that something was vilely wrong?
I have no complaints about the ward and nursing care. Everything is modern, the medical staff is attentive. The next morning they brought me food, the nurse gave me injections and put on an IV, and offered help. It’s strange, probably because of nerves or I don’t know why, but I had absolutely no appetite. When I finally managed to force myself to eat, it turned out that I couldn’t eat, because... my nose can’t breathe, and I can’t chew and breathe through my mouth at the same time. I was somehow able to eat a little bit only in small pieces. My nose still hurt like crazy. When I decided to get up, I almost lost consciousness, my head was terribly spinning.
When I made an effort and went to the mirror, that same picture was looking at me from it... Terrible bruises appeared under my eyes, instead of a nose there was a terrible plaster, cracked and for some reason swollen lips like my face. I started crying. I have never felt so sorry for myself. Only the thought that I was enduring all this for the sake of beauty gave me the opportunity to calm down after a while. There was hope that they would let me go home in the evening; it was still easier at home even than in a modern, comfortable clinic. But no, there were injections and drips again. They said that tomorrow after the examination my fate would be decided.
It was impossible to sleep; it was impossible to breathe only through the mouth for so long in a row. What is being done is simply bad, but there is no way out. Even my favorite book didn’t distract me; I didn’t want to communicate with anyone online. I don’t know, maybe someone’s rehabilitation was easier, but I felt very, very bad, I felt very sorry for myself, I wanted to cry. That night I thought more than once that if I could turn back time, I would 100% never agree to all this. Even the thought of a beautiful nose did not calm me down at all.
The next day I was invited to the office of Alexander Sergeevich Teplyashin. He removed the plaster, examined me, took out the turundas, but said that new ones would have to be put in, because... still bleeding. To say that I was upset is to say nothing. I had been waiting all morning to finally be able to breathe normally and save myself from terrible torment. Then the doctor said that he was letting me go home and gave me instructions on how to take care of myself.
I did everything strictly according to schedule, because... was most interested in shortening the rehabilitation period and speedy recovery. I couldn’t look in the mirror at all. My nose became even worse - the swelling was terrible, and I didn’t like the tip and nostrils at all. I knew that this should go away, swelling and all that, but doubts appeared in my soul, because... edema is swelling, but shape is something completely different. I couldn’t understand everything, remembering the photo I saw after the modeling, how could the doctor allow this to happen?? I cried a lot, my nose became even bigger. Ultimately, I decided to pull myself together and wait.
On the 5th day I had my first post-operative visit to the doctor. It was very painful to pull out the turundas. But I was already in hell because, as he said, there was no need to install new ones. All that was left to do was keep an eye on it and wait.
Time passed, but the nose did not get smaller. Only on the fourth visit did this “miracle” doctor admit that he had disfigured me and not helped me. It turns out that I was not informed about the likelihood of a reverse effect from the operation. I began to develop a callus, making my nose visually larger. How did it feel for me to hear that this is normal and that it happens? What do you mean this happens? Why weren't you informed before the operation? I would weigh the pros and cons, and most likely decide not to take the risk. Ultimately, the slight hump and drooping tip of the nose could be tolerated further. The bridge of the nose and its tip are the primary things that influence the visual impression of the face. What I had before suited me much better than what I have now. In the end, I got used to that nose a long time ago, but what should I do with this?

Having felt the effect of this clinic’s designer items once, I decided not to risk it, and I was already completely punished for my own money and the desire to be beautiful. So I went to independent experts for a consultation. I was examined and told that the administration of such a drug could be dangerous and could lead to negative consequences in the cartilage tissue. For some reason I wasn't surprised.
I have studied all the laws of our country aimed at protecting patients of paid clinics, consulted with a lawyer and will sue the clinic and the doctor personally, who so ruined not just my face, but my life.

A scandal is breaking out around the famous Moscow plastic surgeon Alexander Teplyashin and his clinic. Today, on the Vesti program on the federal TV channel Rossiya 1, a story was aired in which several patients accused the doctor of poor quality work.
One of the first words of accusation against the doctor was expressed by a former participant in the television project “Dom-2” Inessa Shevchuk, who turned to Teplyashin for breast surgery. The model said that she paid 1 million rubles for mammoplasty, but instead of ideal shapes she received unaesthetic-looking breasts and health problems, although she carefully followed all the surgeon’s recommendations during the rehabilitation period. As Inessa told reporters, she had hellish pain and it was impossible to touch her chest, and the breast implant was spinning clockwise as it wanted.
The plastic surgeon did not agree with the claims against him and commented on the situation as follows: “This man crossed the line and broke the law. Herself, with insults. She will be persecuted, pay five million and then apologize.”
In addition to the former reality show star, correspondents found other patients who were also dissatisfied with the services of the clinic, which is owned by Alexander Teplyashin. So, Irina Pisareva wanted to remove the hump - the girl was offered a non-surgical method. As the girl said, she was injected with some kind of “super drug” that softens the cartilage. After the procedure, the client was given a splint for a day. The patient did not notice the effect of the service performed by the clinic’s doctor, Nata Topchiashvili, to which the doctor retorted that one procedure was not enough to achieve what she wanted, it was better to do two. The cost of one session is 179,000 rubles.
Pisareva trusted the doctor, but after the third injection she developed headaches, nausea, and dizziness. The patient appealed to the prosecutor’s office and Roszdravnadzor for justice, but the agencies have not yet responded to the complaint. Another client of the clinic, Camilla Kamelina, received the same procedure and the same problems:
“The hump was shrinking, the cartilage on one side of the nostril was also shrinking and disappeared, but on the other it turned out like a growth. You look, just sob, slide down. You realize that you can’t go to the mirror.”
It is interesting that the patient does not know the name of the drug he administered, because the name was not indicated either in the card or in the extract.
The victims were joined by another client, Olesya Pozharskaya, who wanted to remove the scar. However, instead of the 100% result promised by the clinic’s doctors, the scar remained in place even after two procedures, for each of which the girl paid 179,000 rubles.
