Girls come to Otari, one meter and ninety tall, with size three breasts, and skinny legs. They either have already changed something or want to change something else. And I am 170 centimeters, breast size is 0 or “minus one”. But after 5 years of working together with my husband, I realized that beauty is not at all in these standards. Everyone has their own beauty and it is important not to follow anyone on this path. All the patients at our clinic are wonderful, but I don’t want to be like any of them, I want to be myself. I learned to appreciate myself for who I am by watching my husband. Otar may refuse surgery if he considers that too large breasts will not beautify a woman. Or if a nose with a hump, in his opinion, absolutely suits her. Recently we looked at photographs and remembered how 10 years ago he performed rhinoplasty on me. The second thing I realized while watching our dermatocosmetologists is that you should not overload your skin with procedures. To be honest, when I worked on television, I did injections much more often than now. Now I clearly know what my skin specifically needs and why.

My weekly minimum is what I do at home morning and evening: good cleansing, good moisturizing (our everyone favorite is La Mer). I am not Brigitte Bardot or a supporter of natural aging. When I look in the mirror in the morning and realize that I don’t like the way I look, I will go for a consultation with a plastic surgeon, a dermatocosmetologist. And whatever they recommend to me, I will do. Because I want to look good for as long as possible, I want my daughter’s classmates, when she is in the tenth grade, to say: “Wow, what a mom Thea has!” The only thing I will never do is put fillers in the area under the eyes to replenish the lost volume. I also don’t think I will ever adjust the shape of my lips, simply because it’s not my thing. As for the rest of the body, I’ll be honest: I don’t see any obstacle to supporting myself.
