Rules for using polysorb masks
For maximum effect, you must follow certain recommendations:
- Before applying the mask, you need to remove makeup, remove dirt and sweat with a cotton pad or wash.
- You can take a steam bath to better open the pores.
- To dilute Polysorb powder, use only boiled water; the consistency should be thick and pasty.
- Apply the composition for 10-15 minutes, making an indent of 1 cm from the hairline and avoiding the area around the eyes.
- After rinsing, use face cream according to your skin type.
- For dry skin, the procedure should be carried out once a week, reducing the time the mask is left on the face to 8-10 minutes.
- For oily skin, application 2 times a week is optimal.
A slight tingling of the dermis when using Polysorb is normal.
Application Tips
- For convenience, it is best to dilute the composition in a small container, for example, disposable bowls for soy sauce work well.
- To avoid accidentally applying the mask to the area around the eyes, there is an effective life hack: when applying, place cotton pads on the eyes.
- If you apply the mask with your hands, they must be clean, first washed with soap.
- When using a special brush to apply masks, you should make sure that there are no traces left on it from previous use.
- In order to steam your face, it is not necessary to take a hot shower, just wet a clean towel with hot water, place it on your face and lie there for a few minutes.

Who is it suitable for?
Masks that contain a drug such as Polysorb, with rare exceptions, are a universal means of caring for any skin.
They also have no age restrictions and are suitable for both young girls and older ladies. Girls with problematic epidermis, acne, pimples, blackheads and other unpleasant formations on the face will be especially delighted. They can also be recommended to those who simply want to refresh their complexion and give their skin elasticity.
Varieties of post-acne
In addition to atrophic scars - a type of post-acne, which we wrote about separately in another article, there are also post-inflammatory erythema and post-inflammatory pigmentation. Today’s article is devoted to these two phenomena.
Before talking about these unpleasant consequences, it is worth understanding where and why a pimple occurs in the first place. A pimple itself is an inflammation that the body does not allow into the blood, namely: at the site of infection, the capillaries narrow, then expand, building a dense defense of leukocytes. They fight infection, after which they restore damaged tissue and create new blood vessels. Visually the pimple goes away.
If the pimple is squeezed out, the natural healing process is disrupted. The infection can get into the blood, the probability of this is quite high. The vessels are certainly injured and leave marks.
Thus, post-inflammatory erythema occurs due to the accumulation of dilated capillaries, which could have been restored to a healthy epidermis if the pimple had not been pressed in this place. Most often, post-inflammatory erythema appears on light skin. Most Russians and Europeans who deal with the problem of post-acne are susceptible to it. Erythema appears as a pink, red, or purple patch left at the site of the pimple. The color is due to injury to the capillaries in the inflamed area. Sometimes erythema goes away on its own within six months, but not always - it all depends on the individual characteristics of the body.
Post-inflammatory pigmentation - brown spots. The color is due to the increased content of melanin, which occurs due to exposure of aggressive sun rays to unprotected, injured skin. Most often, dark-skinned and dark-skinned people, as well as women over 35 years of age, suffer from this disease due to endocrine changes. In most cases, the cause of pigmentation is inflammation of the papulopustular elements of acne, as well as scratching the area of squeezed out pimples.

Recommended for use on normal to dry skin.
Polysorb mask with lifting effect
Pour 5 grams of kelp powder into warm (not hot!) water for 10-15 minutes, add polysorb and 10 grams of shea butter. Stir the resulting thick mass until smooth, apply to the surface of the skin that has been previously steamed. The mass must be kept on the face for about 20 minutes, then wash the face thoroughly. This mask helps tighten the oval contour and elasticity of the skin. For the greatest effect, about 10 sessions should be done. Despite the fact that this mask is used mainly for rejuvenation for older women, it is also suitable for young women.
Scrub mask
Mix 1 tablespoon of sorbent with 1 teaspoon of blue clay and 1 teaspoon of chopped sage. It is necessary to add water (mineral water is possible) to obtain a thick consistency. Apply to the skin slowly, using massaging movements. Leave for 10 minutes, rinse with warm water. This composition is ideal for cleansing the face, relieves inflammation, eliminates blackheads, and eliminates flaking. Can be applied 2 times a week.
Whitening
Combine 1 tablespoon each of hydrogen peroxide, glycerin, and polysorb powder. Mix to a thick, dense consistency. If the mask turns out to be too liquid, you need to add a small amount of powder; otherwise, add a few drops of hydrogen peroxide. Apply the mixture for 10-15 minutes, then rinse. Moisturizing
Mix 1 teaspoon of polysorb with cucumber juice to form a paste, apply to the skin, rinse after 20 minutes. This recipe is very simple and similar to the classic one (with water). To enhance the effect, you can also put cucumber slices on your eyes.
For acne - 3 recipes
- 1 option
In water you need to mix 2 teaspoons of polysorb, 5 g of zinc ointment, 2 drops of tea tree oil. Apply the composition to the pre-steamed skin, wait about 20 minutes, then rinse with warm water.
- For acne (2 option)
1 tablespoon of polysorb should be diluted with warm water until smooth, then add 3 drops of tea tree oil and 2 drops of mint, mix well again. The peculiarity of this mask is that it must be applied in three layers: first apply the first layer and leave for 5 minutes, then the second - also wait 5 minutes, the third layer will be the final one, it should be kept for the same amount of time as the previous two. After rinsing off, those with oily skin should wipe their face with an ice cube.
- Option 3
Pour 1 tablespoon of dry calendula (chamomile) into a cup of boiling water (200-250 ml), leave the mixture for 15-20 minutes, then strain. Dilute polysorb with the resulting decoction so that the paste is thick and homogeneous, add 1-2 drops of lemon juice. Apply the mask in two layers, rubbing the first layer into the skin. After 10 minutes, rinse off.
A complex approach
"Polysorb" for facial cleansing should be used not only externally. Most skin problems are a reflection of negative processes occurring inside the body. To cleanse your digestive system of toxins, take the sorbent for two weeks. One tablespoon three times a day is enough. It is better to do this one and a half to two hours after eating.
The recipe for a face mask from Polysorb has long been known to cosmetologists. Experts successfully use this sorbent in their practice. If you want to save on visiting a beauty salon, stock up on this amazing product. You can purposefully use Polysorb in courses or use it to save yourself in emergency situations.
