Ultracaine was injected once in each direction. The injection is a little painful, no more painful than any injection.
We waited about 10 minutes for the drug to take effect.
The packaging of Teosyal RHA 3 looks like this. Above the Teosyal package is a package with a cannula. It is through the cannula that we will administer the drug. This will not significantly increase the cost of the procedure, by 800 rubles, but will make it more effective. With the help of a cannula, the drug is placed more evenly under the skin.
The whole procedure lasts 15-20 minutes. Both sides.
An injection occurs with a trakar - a special needle. A hole is made in the skin through which the cannula is inserted; the end of the cannula itself is blunt and cannot pierce the skin.
Through the cannula, the drug is injected fan-wise, along a trajectory convenient for unfolding. In some places, closer to the nose, it was a bit painful. There is a vessel passing through there that gives pain. Therefore, at first they released a little of the drug. It relieved the pain. Then the cannula was advanced. The gel was smoothed under the skin (this is wonderfully illustrated in the video). They pinned it, aligning the picture on both sides.
