Zharkova (Golubeva) Svetlana Nikolaevna

Alena 2019-07-24

To those who need it Good afternoon. 4 months have passed since my operation, and I can fully appreciate the work of my surgeon, Svetlana Nikolaevna Zharkova. Overall, a "5". Expectations are fully justified. I’ll tell you a little about how the preparation, the operation itself and recovery went. It took me a long time to choose a specialist. In total, I bypassed 16 surgeons (I later counted them ;))), from media to little-known ones, but whose work I liked. I even went to another city. Some were not suitable for the cost of their services, some were immediately “dismissed” at the consultation stage, I simply did not like their advice and vision of solving my problems in correcting my appearance. Some, apparently due to lack of practice and experience, openly told me: “You better not do this, the result is not guaranteed,” and for some reason began to dissuade me. As a result, I left their office even more upset than before the consultation, due to a feeling of hopelessness (“Well, since THIS doctor says that he doubts the result and refuses to do it, then I’ll probably remain “like this”(( (") What conclusion did I draw: each specialist offers solutions through the prism of his experience, often completely different, often they do not take on complex options so as not to spoil the “statistics”, and you need to look for “your own.” At the beginning of the search, I did not understand at all that I want what opportunities plastic surgery has today. But over time, I clearly decided what I want and how I want it. I realized that not only the specialist is important, but also the clinic where the operation is performed: anesthesiologists, nurses, physiotherapists - everyone plays an important role role. This was my first criterion. We met Svetlana Nikolaevna within the walls of the Institute of Plastic Surgery and Cosmetology (I chose this institution - full equipment, its own intensive care unit, trustworthy anesthesiologists, authority). Then, within the framework of the Institute, I got acquainted with the experience of all surgeons and read reviews. I had multiple tasks: the main desire was to correct the scar after the CS and put my stomach in order by excision of the old vertical scar (miniabdominoplasty with liposuction), and “at the same time” I wanted to perform transconjunctival blepharoplasty of the lower eyelids, cheiloplasty using the VY method, and lipofilling in the places I “need”))) The most incomprehensible thing was: what to do with the stomach? There were many options here. Some surgeons began to “spin” manipulations that were unnecessary for me (for example, it turns out that I did not have diastasis and suturing of the abdominal muscles was not indicated for me). I asked Svetlana Nikolaevna in some detail about the procedure for the operation: “How will my lip get bigger after a couple of incisions?”, “Will I have any lumps in the area where the fatty tissue is inserted?”, “Is it possible to cut out these thread marks? Why not?” and a bunch of other questions. The answers were all to the point, all decisions were made according to indications (for the same suturing, it was recommended to undergo a simple ultrasound of the soft tissues of the abdomen and obtain a conclusion about the presence of diastasis, no one did anything “by eye” or “by touch”). After the consultation, I immediately realized that I could trust this surgeon. Another important criterion was wide experience in different areas, since I was planning a multi-combination operation. I needed one experienced general surgeon. Svetlana Nikolaevna has more than 10 years of experience, both “on the face” and “on the body.” I also looked at her works on Instagram, on the website, I really liked the aesthetics of Svetlana Nikolaevna’s works. Of course, I read the reviews. In general, everything worked out well and I decided: there will be surgery! I won’t talk for a long time about the preparation for the operation - it was standard. I’ll just mention one thing: the day before the operation, when it came down to it, I began to have jitters. There was a moment when I wanted to cancel some of the work. I called Svetlana Nikolaevna and wanted to inform her about the changes, but somehow she found the words, reassured me, and reassured me. The operation itself went well for me; for the first 8 hours I felt very nauseous (this was the body’s individual reaction to anesthesia). Everything was very swollen. The next morning I was discharged. I got there by taxi, just put glasses on my swollen eyes, but otherwise all the stitches were invisible (the stitch on the lips was on the inside of the mucous membrane, the stomach was under clothes). For the first 2 weeks I tried to avoid stress and not lift heavy objects. The bruises on the eyes lasted a long time - up to 3 weeks. Physiotherapy, which I started doing on the 13th day after the stitches were removed, helped a lot, namely microcurrents. After the first procedure, my eyes seemed to open, the swelling subsided, and the bruise lightened. Then I started doing microcurrent therapy on liposuction areas. Here the effect was felt less, but still after each procedure the pain went away. As I understand it, it was the internal incisions that hurt. At the site where the cannulas were punctured, scar tissue forms, which resolves over time, but while it is there, it puts pressure on the nerve endings and causes pain. It feels like you were beaten, i.e. like a bruise, but only more sharply, more precisely. Quite tolerable and definitely worth it! The suture itself and the lipofilling areas did not hurt much; on the contrary, in these places, as well as on the lip, there was no sensitivity. It was also difficult to sleep: during liposuction it was recommended to sleep on the stomach, but due to eye surgery, on the contrary, it was necessary to sleep only on the back. In general, I lay down on my side only after 3 weeks, and on my stomach after a month. Of course, I followed all the other recommendations of the surgeon, wore underwear for 5 weeks, then a fixing plaster for another 2 months. By the end of the 3rd month, sensitivity appeared. The threads on the lip dissolved and the stitches were no longer visible at all, even if you look at the mucous membrane from the inside, and purely externally, there are no signs at all that one can say that there was an operation. The seam on my stomach has healed well, neatly, with a thin stripe, and is still red, but I plan (in the fall) to have the seam and puncture sites for lipofilling, which are also still a little red, resurfaced. As for the external changes from the manipulations: the stomach is flat, the waist has become narrower, the outlines of the waist and hips are very smooth, feminine, the lower eyelids have not changed much (but here I must say that my so-called hernia was not very visible, many dissuaded me , but if I had not removed it, over time it would have become pronounced), and the lip did become wider, but not by much. Nevertheless, I like the lip, because... Initially, I expected exactly this effect: subtle natural changes for the better. I want to add a little volume to my lips using fillers, but in combination with the effect of the operation I will not need to “pump” my lips
