Facelift: circular or without surgery, facelift at home

Circular facelift

With age, the skin loses its tone, becomes inelastic and flabby.
Wrinkles make themselves felt more and more persistently. The reason for age-related changes lies in the sagging of soft tissues, as a result of which unsightly folds and wrinkles appear, and the oval of the face loses its clear contours. In this situation, cosmetologists offer a circular facelift - one of the most popular plastic surgery techniques. This is a special operation aimed at rejuvenating the skin of the neck and face. It makes sense to carry out it in case of fine-wrinkled type of aging, when the entire face and neck are covered with a fine network of wrinkles.

Advantages of a circular facelift

A facelift involves a complex effect on the skin; rejuvenation procedures involve the entire face and neck. Thanks to a circular facelift, many age-related problems can be eliminated:

  • smooth out nasolabial wrinkles;
  • eliminate the double chin, which will make the face thinner;
  • restore the former oval of the face;
  • get rid of wrinkles in the cheek area;
  • restore elasticity to the soft tissues of the cheeks;
  • if necessary, adjust the position and shape of the eyebrows;
  • restore beautiful neck contours;
  • lift drooping eyelids.

A circular facelift will allow you to solve all of the above problems in one operation and restore youth to the skin by completely redistributing the skin, eliminating excess skin, strengthening and stimulating the facial muscles.

Cream for aging, sensitive and dry skin

You will need to prepare olive oil (a teaspoon), glycerin (1/2 teaspoon), melted beeswax (1/2 teaspoon), 1 raw egg yolk, freshly squeezed cucumber juice (1.5 tablespoons).

First, mix the cucumber juice with the yolk in a separate container. All other components are placed in a bowl and placed in a water bath, stirring vigorously until a homogeneous mass is obtained. When the mixture has cooled to a warm state, add the previously prepared cucumber-yolk mixture to it and mix everything thoroughly again.

How is a circular facelift performed?

Like any surgical intervention, a facelift requires an individual approach to each case. The patient must undergo all preparatory procedures and strictly follow the recommendations of the plastic surgeon during the recovery period.

General anesthesia is required when performing a circumferential lift. After which the surgeon, by cutting the skin, redistributes the facial muscles, skin and fat deposits as needed.

The skin is secured with special threads that do not leave scars.

Next, special technologies are used to secure the skin in the desired position. The skin is tightened and the surgeon removes excess fat. During one operation, the skin of both the face and neck is treated.

Indications for surgery

A circular facelift is a medical procedure, so it is prescribed only if there are indications for its implementation and there are no contraindications.

Indications for a circular facelift:

  • deep and pronounced nasolabial folds;
  • sagging chin and cheekbones;
  • loss of facial contours;
  • hollows on the cheeks;
  • numerous wrinkles;
  • the presence of excess fat in the neck area;
  • sagging skin on the forehead and eyebrows;
  • drooping corners of the eyes and eyelids.

The operation is performed if several symptoms are present.

Contraindications for surgery

Surgeons do not recommend performing this operation more than 2 times. Since this can lead to pathological changes in the face. Also, you cannot perform a circular facelift if you have the following diseases:

  • any form of oncology and benign tumors;
  • infectious diseases;
  • blood diseases;
  • any acute and chronic diseases;
  • diabetes;
  • pregnancy and lactation;
  • hypertension;
  • coagulopathy;
  • predisposition to the formation of keloid scars.

Neglecting these contraindications can lead to dangerous consequences that will be almost impossible to eliminate. Before the procedure, the plastic surgeon prescribes a comprehensive medical examination to ensure that the patient does not have pathologies or contraindications that preclude surgery.

Actively rejuvenating cream with honey and glycerin

After cooling, the cream is ready for use.

Gelatin is rich in animal collagen, therefore it effectively smoothes and rejuvenates the epidermis.

To prepare this cream, you need to take gelatin powder (1/2 teaspoon), glycerin (50 ml), filtered or boiled water (50 ml), natural bee honey (1.5 tablespoons), citric acid (1 gram) .

All ingredients are placed in a saucepan, placed in a water bath and dissolved until smooth, heating over low heat and stirring constantly. After cooling, the cream is ready for use.

Facelift without surgery

A facelift using non-surgical methods is suitable for the so-called deformational type of aging. When the face begins to gradually swell, the eyebrows and double chin droop and small wrinkles appear.

However, there are also contraindications here. So, it is better to refuse the procedure during pregnancy, herpes, eczema, cancer, inflammatory processes on the skin, etc. In some cases, a lift is not performed for blood diseases and heart disease.

Among the advantages of a facelift without surgery are:

  • no side effects;
  • results are available after the first session;
  • short rehabilitation period;
  • the presence of a healing effect for the whole body;
  • Carrying out procedures on an outpatient basis without anesthesia.

Firming properties of gelatin

Gelatin is essentially broken down collagen. It is characterized by a rejuvenating effect and helps soften, whiten and even out the skin. There are many recipes for masks with the addition of gelatin, but the best option is the following.

  1. Gelatin is mixed with water in a ratio of 1:6 and left for forty minutes. Next, crushed grape berries (5 pcs.) and wheat germ oil (10 drops) are added to the mask. The resulting product is applied to the skin for about 20 minutes.
  2. Gelatin must be diluted in hot juice (milk). Then the resulting mixture must be heated until the gelatin is completely dissolved. The mask is applied after the mixture has infused and thickened.

Types of facelift without surgery

There are many methods of non-surgical facelift, some of which are performed only in the clinic using special means, such as mesothreads. Some are suitable for all skin types, while others may not have the expected effect. Therefore, it is advisable to decide on the type of facelift together with a specialist.

  1. Hardware lift. This type of lift without surgery is based on the use of ultrasound, laser radiation and current. The procedures are carried out using special devices on an outpatient basis by experienced specialists.
  2. Laser rejuvenation. Using laser exposure, you can get rid of wrinkles, narrow pores, post-acne, smooth out skin texture and slightly tighten the oval of the face. During the procedure, a laser beam penetrates the skin, slightly warming it up. Thanks to this, the synthesis of collagen fibers starts and skin rejuvenation occurs.
  3. Ultrasonic lifting with SMAS effect. This world-famous technique is used to get rid of wrinkles, tighten the shape of the face and improve skin color. During effective ultrasonic lifting, a safe ultrasonic wave acts on the skin so that collagen fibers contract and their synthesis starts. As a result, the skin is renewed, and this process takes several months.
  4. RF lifting. RF lifting is an absolutely painless method of skin rejuvenation, the results of which are visible after just one procedure. Skin rejuvenation in this case occurs due to electric current supplied in the radio frequency range. Its impulses warm up skin cells, providing a strong lifting effect.
  5. Plasmolifting. This technique is based on the subcutaneous injection of the patient's blood plasma. It is performed like this: a certain amount of blood is taken from the patient and passed through a special centrifuge. There it breaks down into platelet-rich plasma and red blood cell-rich mass. A portion of the plasma is injected into the patient under the skin, which initiates cell rejuvenation processes.
  6. Photorejuvenation. It uses special intense pulsed light to stimulate the active production of skin cells. Metabolism and blood circulation also accelerate, which leads to a quick effect. Photorejuvenation procedures can not only eliminate wrinkles, but also remove vascular formations and age spots on the skin.
  7. Darsonvalization. Darsonvalization strengthens the facial muscles and allows you to tighten the oval of the face. This method of rejuvenation without surgical intervention is based on the effect of electrical alternating current on the epidermis. A variable frequency current activates metabolic processes in the skin, launching a rapid process of cell renewal. The procedure also allows you to get rid of wrinkles, puffiness, acne, excessive oily skin and acne scars.

Base Components

Water

It’s no coincidence that water was first on the list - it’s what makes up the majority of the cream, as much as 60%! Mandatory requirement: the water must be absolutely clean and disinfected. The easiest way is to buy distillate. Thermal or mineral water is perfect. You can also use: herbal decoctions (chamomile, calendula, nettle, etc.); brewing green or white tea. Decoctions are also made using distilled water. For maximum effect, take hydrosols (hydrosols) - extracts from plants, these include: rose, cucumber, Florentine water.

Creams based on distilled or thermal water last longer; those based on hydrosol or decoction last for a maximum of two weeks, but the result is more effective.

Oil

The base of the face cream consists of 30% oils. Initially, vegetable and animal fats were used for cosmetic purposes. Nowadays you can see mineral oils in the list of components of cosmetic products. Be careful: these oils have more in common with the automotive industry than with cosmetology, because they are extracted from petroleum!

The base of the face cream at home is your choice, and it is better to make it in favor of vegetable oils from apricot, grape, peach or other plant seeds.

Emulsifiers or surfactants

These two terms refer to classes of chemicals that are characterized by their ability to combine oils and water. Without the participation of such substances, any cosmetic product separates; emulsifiers or surfactants act as a “connecting link”. Not all emulsifiers and surfactants are equally harmless. For example, SLS, SLES are aggressive surfactants.

Harmless soft surfactants: Lauryl Glucoside, Sucrose Cocoate. Information about them can be found on the label if you decide to buy a face cream base.

Natural emulsifiers: beeswax, guar gum (guar bean powder), cetyl alcohol, sodium alginate (brown algae derivative).

The content of emulsifiers in the cream base is up to 2%.

Preservatives

It is unrealistic to make cosmetic products mass-produced without the use of preservatives - an absolutely natural cream can deteriorate even before it reaches the buyer. Do you need to use something foreign to the human body (preservatives are designed to stop the development of microorganisms) or just make another portion of the cream after 1-2 weeks?

If you still decide to use a preservative, try colloidal silver or vitamins A, E, C. The same beeswax, which we listed as an emulsifier, is also, by the way, a good preservative.

Fragrances

Perfuming agent or fragrances are substances that give store-bought creams such pleasant aromas. In a natural homemade cream there is no need to use synthetic fragrances, because natural oils will already give a wonderful aroma.

Facelift at home

Facelift is a non-traumatic and completely safe method.

Facelifting is a special gymnastics, a set of exercises, like a massage, developed by cosmetologists and doctors. When performed regularly, the results are excellent: even deep wrinkles on the face are smoothed out. Skin tightening occurs naturally, without any surgery.

Correction of the lower part of the face

Lifting the lower part of the face allows you to remove double tucks, eliminate sagging skin in the jaw area, restore the tone of the facial muscles, increase blood microcirculation and generally rejuvenate the skin.

Facelift exercises for the lower face:

  • Extend the lower jaw as much as possible.
  • Cover your upper lip with your lower lip.
  • Stretch your facial muscles high.
  • At the same time, squint your left eye and raise the left corner of your mouth.

Repeat the same steps, holding the middle of your face with your finger.

Gymnastics should be performed in front of a mirror to control your actions. While maintaining the indicated position of your face, you need to slowly turn your head. As soon as the shoulder comes into view, you need to freeze for a few seconds and return to the starting position.

The exercise is repeated on the other half of the face. Gymnastics are performed at least 5 times.

A positive cosmetic effect will be visible after the first sessions.

Facelift for eyes

To eliminate wrinkles around the eyes, you need to perform the following set of exercises daily:

  • Use your fingers to stretch the outer corners of your eyes.
  • Blink your left eye while holding the corners.
  • Then blink your right eye in the same way.
  • Perform 10-15 times for each eye.

To obtain a stable result, you must constantly practice gymnastics.

Facelift of the forehead area

The basic principle of facelift exercises is maximum relaxation of all facial muscles and tension of only a certain part. This gymnastic complex will help tighten the forehead, improve blood circulation in the skin, eliminate wrinkles, activate metabolism and collagen synthesis.

Exercises to eliminate horizontal frontal wrinkles:

  • While sitting at the table, place your elbows on the surface and completely relax your facial muscles.
  • Keep your fingers on your head in the direction of hair growth.
  • Slowly pull your forehead skin up with your fingers.
  • Existing wrinkles on the forehead will be smoothed out.
  • Then gently pull the skin down and hold for 3 seconds.

Repeat the complex 6-7 times.

Another exercise is intense eyebrow movement. It is necessary to raise your eyebrows as high as possible at least 12 times.

Exercises to eliminate vertical frontal wrinkles:

  • Place your palms on your forehead. The thumbs are on the back of the head.
  • Press your forehead with your hands, raising your eyebrows as much as possible.
  • Raise your eyebrows as high as possible and hold for 6 seconds.

Repeat the entire complex 5 times.

Emergency help

If you need an urgent facelift, you can use the following method. Moreover, it is effective even on deep wrinkles due to thermal effects. Mix fir oil (3 drops), olive oil (3 drops), protein. Heat the mixture in a steam bath. Then apply to the face as follows - first a thin layer of the product, then a compress soaked in the solution and a towel on top. After thirty minutes you can shoot.

Regular care and use of cosmetics prepared according to such recipes will help your skin regain its former elasticity, freshness, beauty and health.

Multivitamin anti-wrinkle cream

To collect all the components for its preparation, you will have to work hard, but the result is worth it!

You will need: fresh rowan leaves (3 pieces), currant leaves (8 pieces), nettle (5 pieces), jasmine and red rose flowers (3 pieces each), fresh parsley (50 grams), beeswax (1 tablespoon) , 1 ampoule of vitamin A, vegetable oil and melted margarine (1 tablespoon each).

First, all the plant components are ground in a blender until a thick and homogeneous paste is formed. Then add melted wax and the remaining ingredients to this mixture and mix the composition thoroughly again.

Smoothing and whitening cream

It contains: raw avocado pulp, 2 fresh cucumber rings, 3 tablespoons of almond oil

This composition is suitable for the skin of the face and for caring for the area around the eyes, as it helps remove dark circles, puffiness and crow's feet.

It contains: raw avocado pulp, 2 fresh cucumber rings, 3 tablespoons of almond oil. Place all the ingredients in a blender and grind until smooth, after which you can start using it.

Deeply nourishing, regenerating and rejuvenating cream

Cream with almond oil and aloe juice

Take pharmaceutical encapsulated vitamins A and E (1 piece of each), beeswax - ½ teaspoon, cocoa butter - 0.5 teaspoon, almond oil - 1 teaspoon, freshly squeezed aloe juice - ½ teaspoon.

In a non-metallic bowl, mix cocoa butter with beeswax, place in a water bath, dissolve until smooth, stirring constantly all the time. After this, remove the mixture from the heat, add almond oil and aloe juice, whisking the mixture with a mixer. When the product has cooled a little, add capsules with vitamins to it and mix everything again until the composition cools. To speed up this process, the bowl with the mixture can be placed in a bowl of ice or cold water.
