Eurosilicone breast implants
Shell
The shell of the implants is called “Nusil” and consists of several layers, performing a protective function. The elastomer coating is very durable and can even withstand significant stretching. Below it is a Paragel 360 barrier layer that protects the gel from diffusion.

Filler
Types of fillers:
- Gel. Paragel implants are filled with cohesive gel of varying densities. With this filler, the breasts have natural contours and there is less chance of deformation. The higher the cohesiveness index, the denser the filler. When ruptured, the contents do not spill out. The dense texture retains its shape. The main disadvantages are large postoperative scars and high cost.
- Saline. Inflatable implants are filled with sodium chloride solution. They are used for patients who have a large mass of breast tissue. They are affordable and require a small incision during surgery. A shell is placed under the mammary gland and then filled with a solution. The disadvantages include the likelihood of displacement and deformation of the implant.
- Combined. The implant has an inner shell with gel and an outer shell with saline solution, this avoids deformation.

Features of BellaGel implants include a multilayer shell, which is resistant to mechanical stress and prevents the filler components from sweating.
The sheath is manufactured from FDA Master File PDMS. The smooth implant shell has a five-layer structure. Textured endoprostheses have six of these layers.
