Tatyana Denisova: biography
Tatyana was born on February 11, 1981 in the Kaliningrad region.
Her zodiac sign is Aquarius. According to the Chinese horoscope, she was born in the year of the Metal Rooster. Her height is 165 cm, weight is about 50 kg.
Childhood, parents, education
Tatyana does not remember life in the Kaliningrad region, since the family moved to Crimea when she was about two years old. Her dad Victor is a military sailor. He was transferred to Sevastopol. Mom worked as a kindergarten teacher.
From the age of five, Tatyana was engaged in rhythmic gymnastics. At the age of eight, her parents discovered her dancing talent, so they sent her to the studio. There she studied classical choreography and at the same time studied modern dance from video clips of foreign performers.
At the age of 10, Tatyana entered the Vaganova Academy of Russian Ballet in St. Petersburg (at that time the Leningrad Academic Choreographic School). This educational institution is one of the oldest ballet schools in the world. She managed to get there, although 30 people applied for one place at once.
Tatyana did not graduate from the Ballet Academy due to family reasons.
After receiving secondary education, the girl entered the Kiev National University of Culture and Arts. There she organized her own team, where she was a dancer and choreographer.
Choreographic career
Approximately 3 years after graduating from university, Tatyana performed with her group in Kyiv. At the same time, the girl taught choreography at a variety and circus college. At this time, foreign dance agents noticed her and offered to perform in Germany. Tatyana refused for a long time, but in 2004 she decided to cooperate. She and her team moved there.
The dance group was called "JB ballet". It included dancers exclusively from Ukraine. Many of them were participants in the show “Everybody Dance!”
Tatyana traveled to Germany once a year to draw up a concert program for the next season
She is a choreographer and director of dance and circus performances in various European groups.
Participation in shows in Ukraine and Russia
In 2009, 2 years after finishing her career as a dancer, Tatyana appeared in the second season of the Ukrainian dance show “Everybody Dance!” as a jury member. In the first season she was present as a choreographer. Tatyana was in the judge's chair until 2016, until the show was closed.
Immediately after this, she was invited to the role of a judge in the fourth season of the Russian dance show “Dancing”. Also in 2010, she worked as a creative director on the X Factor project, and in 2011 she was a judge on the show Dancing with the Stars.
Why doesn't Tatyana Denisova dance?
Tatyana Denisova ended her dancing career at the age of 27.
Other members of the jury stage numbers with the participants, and the girl deftly evades. According to the choreographer, she was “tired of the sweaty bodies of her partners and the dirty floors of the studios.”
As a dancer, Tatyana appeared on stage only 3 times: twice on the show “Everybody Dance!” and once in "Dancing".
Plastic surgery
In 2016, fans of the choreographer suspected that she had rhinoplasty. It seemed to many that in the new photographs Tatyana’s nose began to look thinner. Some thought that this was the result of using braces for a long time. There were also rumors that Tatyana had breast surgery.
Tatyana Denisova did not give any comments about plastic surgery
Plastic
Tatyana Denisova (before and after plastic surgery photos indicate the painstaking work done by the choreographer on her face) is one of the secretive people who advocate an active lifestyle and giving up bad habits, but the star of “Dancing” herself prefers to entrust the sculpting of her face to professionals.
Tatyana, who did not comment on changes in her appearance when comparing photographs taken in early periods, was suspected of undergoing plastic correction.
So, according to experts, choreographers accomplished:
- rhinoplasty, which allowed her to narrow the slightly wide bridge of her nose and acquire a more elegant respiratory organ;
- removal of Bish's lumps, which sharpened the cheekbones and gave the face refined, graceful contours;
- lip shape correction with hyaluronic fillers.
Tatyana's fans persistently advocate the wonders of contouring and the play of light, promoting the natural beauty of the idol, but plastic surgeons do not agree with them, arguing that although light and makeup can turn even a round face into a sophisticated oval, Denisova often appears in photographs without makeup , and her thin nose and full lips do not disappear anywhere.
The photo shows that an additional line has formed around the choreographer’s lips, completely unlike a pencil and smoothly connecting to the skin, which invariably happens when using hyaluronic fillers. Tatyana herself does not comment on rumors about her appearance, considering it beneath her dignity to answer ridiculous questions from journalists, and at the same time stirring up interest in her person.
First husband Ilya Strakhov: who is he, what does he do, son Lev
Ilya Strakhov is a Ukrainian acrobat. He performed in the duet “The Strakhov Brothers” together with his twin Danil. The boys were born into a family of acrobats. They lost their father early. At the age of nine, children first entered the circus arena.
The brothers have repeatedly received awards for their acrobatic skills and also performed on various projects. So they reached the semi-finals of the show “Ukraine’s Got Talent” and the final of “Minute of Fame”. Ilya and Danil continue to perform as a duet both at home and in other countries. During their career they visited more than 20 countries.
From her marriage to Strakhov, Tatyana is raising a son, Lev, who was born on March 7, 2009
After the baby was born, the family broke up. The couple lived in Germany: Ilya worked as a contract acrobat, and Tatyana stayed at home with the child and choreographed numbers for JB Ballet.
The girl returned to Ukraine when she was offered a promising place in “Everybody Dance!” Tatyana took with her her son, with whom her mother was sitting. According to the choreographer, she remained with her ex-husband “on normal and fairly friendly terms.”
Leo has a developed thirst for beauty. He often attends his mother's rehearsals. He is very passionate about music.

How did life turn out after the divorce?
However, Denisova did not survive the divorce for long. Soon she married the Ukrainian singer Alexander Krivoshapko, who at that time was only 19 years old. Tatyana still lives with this man. The couple have a child together.
Not much is known about Alexander’s life before his marriage. At school age, Krivoshapko was an inveterate hooligan. O repeatedly disrupted classes, drove classmates and teachers into hysterics, and did various nasty things. The boy simply did not know where to put his extra energy. Such changes in the character of little Sasha occurred after the death of his father.

Alexander's mother sent him to music school. There the boy really became interested in songs. He decided to devote his whole life to music and make a career out of it. He succeeded.

Romance with singer Alexander Krivoshapko: what is known, personal life
In 2010, Tatyana began an affair with Alexander Krivoshapko, a finalist in the first season of the X Factor show. At the time, she worked as the program's creative director. From the very beginning of the relationship, the young people lived and spent maximum time together. In 2011 they got married. But the relationship, which began so brightly, faded in less than a year. The reason for everything was frequent and violent scandals.
Tatyana Denisova is 12 years older than Krivoshapko
Sasha was raised by her mother. Dad died when he was 9 years old. Mom worked as a teacher-musician, so she sent her son to study vocals. Already at the age of 10, he performed at 54 song competitions, winning prizes in 52 of them.
Alexander sings with a lyric tenor. In 2011, he signed a contract with Sony Music, but the partnership was ended in 2013. The reasons are not reported. Krivoshapko became a solo artist. He also practices boxing.
Almost immediately after breaking up with Tatyana, Alexander began a relationship with Marina Shulgina, editor-in-chief of the Govorit Ukraina TV channel. They separated in 2016. Then the singer married Ukrainian model Marina Kinski. The girl gave birth to his daughter Alice in 2017.
The marriage of Kinski and Krivoshapko lasted several years
Third try at luck
After her unsuccessful second marriage, Tatyana decided that she should not put her personal life on display. After the divorce from Alexander, fans for a long time could not find out whether their favorite was lonely or her heart was occupied.
As it turned out, Tatyana Denisova got married for the third time. She accidentally mentioned this on the air of one of the dance shows. This time she did not make her family life public. Nothing is known about the choreographer’s husband. There are rumors that he is a businessman and therefore does not want his name to become widely known.
Tatyana, after so many attempts to find family happiness, must finally find the right man. And perhaps the third attempt will be successful for her.
Beauty secrets
Tatyana Denisova (before and after plastic surgery, photographs of the choreographer became a successful PR stunt that caused an entire Instagram scandal) authoritatively believes that any woman can look stunning if she puts some effort into it.
The choreographer is sure that the secret of beauty is to love and be loved, not to eat junk food, to lead an active lifestyle and to play sports at least 2 times a week.
Skin care
Considered one of the most beautiful women in Russian show business, Tatyana Denisova carefully takes care of the beauty and health of her skin. The choreographer’s professional care includes masks, peelings and cleansing, as well as mandatory six-month courses of biorevitalization and mesotherapy, which nourish tissues with vitamins and prevent early aging.
Laser resurfacing helps Tatyana hide visible skin unevenness, small pimples and activate collagen production, smoothing out tissue and removing the stratum corneum. To prevent age-related changes, Denisova also practices botulinum toxin injections, but tries not to abuse the drugs, injecting them into the forehead and nasolabial triangle.
Another secret of Denisova’s ideal figure is the obligatory seaweed wrap and lymphatic drainage massage, which shapes the contours of the body and removes excess water from the body.
For self-care, Tatyana uses serum and cream with hyaluronic acid, applied every day before going to bed, as well as masks with gold threads, which quickly tone tissues and relieve puffiness. As a lover of tanned skin, Denisova cannot imagine her life without bronzer and self-tanning cream, but she tries to refrain from visiting the solarium, fearing that such procedures, in addition to the chocolate tint, will provoke the early appearance of wrinkles.
Nutrition
The most important thing in nutrition for Tatyana Denisova is a minimal mix of products when preparing a dish and a clearly defined composition of the food. The choreographer’s favorite cuisine is Soviet, since Denisova does not share Russian and Ukrainian cuisine, and the taste of borscht, mashed potatoes, cutlets or fried chicken reminds her of her mother and childhood.
For herself, the choreographer chose dietary, low-calorie, kosher food, prepared from natural products with a minimum amount of spices. Porridge in the morning, low-fat broth soup for lunch and a piece of chicken or fish with salad for dinner - this is the diet that Denisova became addicted to in her youth.
All food consumed by Tatyana must be steamed, baked or even fried with a minimum amount of oil and must have a clearly defined composition of one, maximum two components. As for drinks, Denisova prefers plain water, natural fresh juices and green tea with milk, and always starts her morning with a cup of coffee.
Tatyana does not drink packaged juices and carbonated drinks, trying to limit the amount of carbohydrates in her diet. According to Denisova, when visiting different countries, she tries to choose restaurants with high-quality and tasty cuisine and once she likes the establishment she never changes. So in Germany, the choreographer became addicted to mussel soup in tomato sauce and wine, seasoned with garlic.
Tatyana does not like exotic cuisine, noting that she has also tried frog legs, but was not delighted with such food. Various delights, according to Denisova, are alien to the Russian mentality, like the desire to eat a dog.
Sport
Choreography and dancing for Tatyana Denisova is not only work, but also life, to which she tries to devote every free minute. In addition to dance movements, the choreographer must visit the gym 3 times a week, where he actively exercises on cardio equipment and conducts strength training, and also swims in the pool. Tatyana also calls the secret of her beauty an active lifestyle that does not allow her to relax and “become fat.”
The star of dance show business also has her own set of exercises for the beauty and slimness of her legs, which she developed for herself immediately after giving birth, subsequently posting it on her Instagram page. Tatyana is sure that by following a special program, within a week you can notice significant changes, and in a month your legs will take on an incredibly slender and toned appearance.
