New in blogs
I haven’t used plastic surgery yet, and, God willing, I will get by. As Anna Magnani said: “My life should remain on my face.” So I am writing on this topic disinterestedly, or rather, my selfishness is that I regularly meet with the outstanding plastic surgeon Stanislav Savitsky at the birthday party of a close friend. To put it bluntly, a friend of a friend is my friend. I know how much this story traumatized him, and I decided to tell him what really happened, without in any way violating medical confidentiality - this information was published in the media and the Internet before me.
Stanislav Savitsky
In 1997, Olga Korsak contacted the Center for Human Reproduction and Family Planning of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, who had undergone about ten breast correction operations within a year. The problem was the polyacrylamide gel administered to her due to the asymmetry of the mammary glands. Stanislav Savitsky, considered “the best hands in the chest area,” performed five operations: he removed the remains of the polyacrylamide gel, which could be removed, and gave the breast a symmetrical shape using endoprostheses. Olga Korsak was pleased with the results.
In 2006, she developed problems with tissue inflamed around the remnants of the gel, which could not be completely removed. To preserve symmetry, Stanislav Savitsky suggested removing both implants, but Olga refused. One implant was removed, and three months later Korsak requested the removal of the second due to the inability to hide the asymmetry with clothing.
A year later, the inflammation was cured, and Mr. Artemyev, the head of the hospital, gave Olga free endoprostheses. The number of operations made her an out-of-the-ordinary patient, and Savitsky and Artemyev rushed around with her like a crystal vase. Savitsky installed new free implants, and Olga Korsak thanked him from the television screen, it seems, in “The Domino Principle” and her articles. And how can one not thank him if Stanislav Savitsky performed the listed operations for free? In total, she paid about 50,000 rubles for the last three operations, including hospital stay, food and anesthesia.
By 2009, Korsak had gained a lot of weight, and her tissues responded to it. The habit of receiving paid services for free drove her to buy new free endoprostheses, larger in volume than the previous ones. But the company, which supplies prosthetics to the Russian Federation, refused. And then Olga Korsak sent to the director of the Federal State Institution NMHC named after. N.I. Pirogov Roszdrav" letter of claim, demanding to pay her 1,000,000 rubles in compensation for unsuccessful operations and to return all the money spent on operations.
It is easy to imagine the shock of Stanislav Savitsky, who operated on Olga Korsak for free, when by order of the director a medical commission was created to investigate the patient’s history.
However, after reviewing medical documents, the commission found Korsak’s claims unfounded and refused to pay compensation.
Undeterred, in January 2012, Korsak began demanding a meeting with Stanislav Savitsky, citing chest inflammation and a body temperature of 40 degrees for four months. Stanislav already understood that this was a hysterical fraudster, and advised him to call an ambulance and see another surgeon.
But she turned not to another surgeon, but to Alexandra Rachelle, “an international expert in plastic surgery.” Expertizing plastic medicine without a medical education with surgical specialization is not even funny. So it’s more logical for Alexandra Rachel to call herself a sales manager and sales manager for plastic services. Her FB page says “graduated from Moscow State University.” Maybe something has changed now, but in the shaggy times when Alexandra was a student, Moscow State University under no circumstances trained to be “plastic surgery experts.”
Rachelle is also the President of the Association of Victims of Plastic Surgery, but after Googling, I did not find any chemical traces of the existence of such an association. I talked to Alexandra Rachelle once at a party, but they immediately warned me that in the second paragraph of her monologue I would hear that I looked bad, that I couldn’t wear such a face, otherwise they would think that I had no money, and that she would send me away to a better mug... So after my interlocutor’s gaze at my stale face, I ran to the next table. As my beloved Alla Yoshpe says: “We don’t need artificial beauty, we will wear natural beauty!”
Alexandra Rachel
So, sales manager for plastic services Alexandra Rachel took Olga Korsak to Leonid Zakoshansky’s “Talking and Showing” program, planned as an outing for Stanislav Savitsky. They also tried to trick Stanislav himself into filming. But the day before he was informed that according to the script he would be cast as an executioner-surgeon who disfigured the breasts and mutilated the female fate of Olga Korsak, and he refused this pleasure.
The program “Victims of Plastic Surgery” 03/27/2012 can be easily found on the NTV website, in the archive of “We Talk and Show” episodes. Korsak claimed in it that she was the victim of 20 unsuccessful operations and showed off her breasts. After this, NTV employees warned Stanislav Savitsky that a recording of the “Profession Reporter” program with a story about Korsak was being prepared. And her script plans to film with a hidden camera an 'unexpected' meeting between Savitsky and Korsak in the clinic, in which the writers stipulated a fight started by a former patient.
The surgeon managed to avoid the implementation of the writers' lofty plans, and the "Promised Bodies" program went on air on May 26 without a fight. In it, Korsak showed photographs of her breasts after operations allegedly performed by Savitsky, shook him with the photograph and called him an executioner.
Stanislav is sure that behind this whole smokescreen is Alexandra Rachel, who is promoting her clinic and her surgeons on such scandals, and Korsak with her is simply “Sveta from Ivanovo”, who in exchange for lying in front of the cameras receives free implants. Very market place and very dirty.
Our plastic medicine is being criminalized by leaps and bounds. Either one surgeon is killed, then another is imprisoned. With no less speed, our plastic medicine is becoming “psychiatrized.” Ladies become addicted to operations like cocaine, working themselves up to a completely mutant appearance. Film directors are howling - there is no one to film! All middle-aged artists are “cut from the same pattern”; it is easier to “age” a young woman with makeup than to give human features to an elderly “rubber woman”.
Operated patients do not see themselves in profile, and do not understand that they must give milk to others because this contemplation is harmful. Socialites gradually acquire the eyes and cheekbones of Asian migrant workers by pulling the skin behind their ears. Girls with pouty lips “ala Masharasputin” look like rejected dolls in a doll factory. And how bad must the eyesight be for men who are about to kiss these bags of gel with a passionate kiss?
And returning to Olga Korsak, who worries from the screen that she will not be married with the “wrong” breast shape, I am sure that the shape of her breasts after dozens of operations does not scare away suitors as much as the psychological need to shake these breasts in front of television cameras. A sufficient number of women I know of different ages have lost one breast due to oncology, but this in no way prevented them from remaining in demand among the opposite sex even without any endoprosthetics.
I cannot help but remind you that the most important indicator of mental health is adequacy to one’s own age, and the game of hide and seek with it, whether on the face, even on the chest, even on the penis, must be corrected not on the surgical table, but on the psychoanalyst’s couch. And, if your face and body have not been run over by a tank, then do not rush even to such a virtuoso plastic surgeon as Stanislav Savitsky.
Otherwise, you’ll get hooked on the plastic drug and gradually turn into Olga Korsak, who involuntarily became a hysterical liar, whose fixation on her own chest reveals a serious psychological deformation. After all, people who perform twenty operations not for health reasons, but with the idea of improving their appearance, are gradually going crazy with this. And the extreme one is the one who comes to hand, for example, a plastic surgeon...
