Neuromesolifting - “neuro” - uses neurodrugs (botulinum toxins), “meso” - mesotherapy is a modern method of rejuvenation and treatment, which involves an integrated approach - a combination of the principles of classical mesotherapy and botulinum toxin. Allows you to achieve a pronounced anti-age effect. improves the general condition and tone of the skin, fights the main signs of aging, and has a lasting, long-lasting effect. Used to treat rosacea, acne and in trichology.
Recently, Western celebrities have been using just such an integrated approach - it gives the most natural result.
What problems does he struggle with?
The procedure allows you to effectively eliminate all the main signs of aging: facial and static wrinkles of any severity. Folds and creases are smoothed out after just one procedure. In this case, there is no mask effect; facial expressions remain alive and moving.
When botulinum toxin enters the dermis, we get the effect of radiance and smoothness of the skin, as well as smoothing out fine wrinkles and a lifting effect. But not only! Using this technique, we are excellent at combating the manifestations of rosacea, enlarged pores and oily, shiny skin. And for those who intensively engage in physical activity and fitness until they break into a sweat, this is an excellent procedure, after which the face stops sweating!
The technique is also used in trichology. After a course of neuromesotherapy, hair loss stops by 80%.
The main advantage of the method is the multidirectional effect of drugs injected under the patient’s skin. You'll get:
- improving skin quality;
- gentle relaxation of the forehead muscles and the orbicularis muscles of the eyes and lips;
- smoothing out wrinkles while maintaining natural facial expressions;
- face and neck contour lifting.
- No manifestations of rosacea
- Thick and healthy hair
- Mattifying facial skin
Mesotherapy: my experience
Hello beauties! We talk a lot about skincare cosmetics, but, unfortunately, we rarely touch on the topic of professional procedures. I would like to share my opinion about one of them - mesotherapy.
In general, I love cosmetologists with all my heart because I can come, lie down and say: “Do whatever you need.” Fortunately, I am lucky with “my” specialists))) Due to age, procedures are still limited to cleansing, massages, masks and peelings. And recently mesotherapy
.
A few words about my skin
. From a fairly young age – problematic. Enlarged pores, oily. Now, at 21 years old, I have almost normal skin with a tendency towards oily (in the heat, in stuffy rooms and just periodically) and very sensitive skin.
The mesotherapy procedure itself involves injecting drugs under the skin. Now mesotherapy is carried out in various ways, I did it by injection (injecting the drug with a needle). Mesotherapy of the face, body, hair is carried out. I can only talk about facial skin)
Mesotherapy has many advantages
.
The first is the choice of components. The cosmetologist himself selects the cocktail that your skin needs. Secondly, it is well known that no cream reaches deeper than the upper layer of the skin, therefore, the effect of injections is immeasurably higher. The disadvantages
include , firstly, the pain of the procedure. Secondly, after the procedure it is better to stay at home for a couple of days.
Mesotherapy has no age restrictions. This is not an anti-age procedure. There are drugs for teenagers, the purpose of which is to fight inflammation, there are anti-aging drugs, and many others. Everything according to your needs.
Now directly my experience.
I did three procedures. The break between them can be 7-14 days. I was somewhat limited in time, so I did it once a week. In addition, I alternated mesotherapy with peelings (almond and keratoregulating) - superficial, because... It's summer outside. I cannot say exactly what drug was administered to me, but this is not so important, because... it's all very individual. I had hyaluronic acid combined with vitamin C and something else.
Goals: nutrition, mild anti-inflammatory effect and refreshing complexion.
The procedure is carried out by injecting the drug using a thin needle under the skin. Injections are made in increments of 0.5-1 cm over the entire face (except the nose), neck and upper décolleté.
To be honest, going into the first procedure I was terribly afraid. Simply deadly. I'm terrified of injections. So my knees were shaking)) In general, mesotherapy can be done with pain relief. These are ointments like the widely used Emla and the like. But here is an important nuance - they contain lidocaine, and it dries and irritates the skin. Mine is already sensitive, and I also took a course of peelings at the same time. So I endured it like that, without pain relief. The skin is cleaned, disinfected and, in fact, the procedure begins. I really closed my eyes and shrank at first))) But they started from the forehead, and there, you know, the sensitivity is less. So at first I chatted almost carefree with the doctor. But I basically have a fairly high pain threshold. Then it’s not so rosy)) When they injected my cheeks (the part near the nose), I really felt how the drug was being injected - something was starting to burst the skin. This is more of a self-hypnosis, of course)) It hurts – the nasolabial part. There I just froze. The neck is not very good, but for some reason the collarbone area hurts. In general, it’s no more painful than serious manual cleaning. In any case, I went into the second procedure with a light heart and without the slightest hesitation)))
The procedure takes me about 20 minutes. For others, it takes longer. The cosmetologist immediately suggested that I take “breaks” if it hurt too much. But it’s easier for me to endure it, to suffer right away, rather than prolong the pleasure. Of course, the appearance after the procedure is not very good. I have two associations - insect bites and for some reason a mattress, you know, there used to be such stitched ones)))) In any case, it is better not to schedule meetings and events on this day (and the next one too). On the face, these papules are most visible around the eyes along the contour of the face itself. By the evening of the second day it is completely powdered. The neck is worse. The skin there is very thin, and the papules last for three days. Powdering is useless, it’s not redness or any other pigment, it’s a play of light and shadow due to the bulges. I saved myself with stoles, scarves/shawls and a distant expression on my face - I couldn’t completely hide my neck)))
The effect of the procedure is visible immediately as soon as the papules disappear. The skin becomes smoother, softer, fresher, more nourished. I am 100% satisfied with the result; it completely justified both the unpleasant sensations and the material costs. By the way, the cost of procedures varies greatly depending on the drug itself. Three procedures are enough for me, but again this is individual. It is better to repeat the course of procedures every 8-10 months. There are no problems with my face after the procedures. There are no prohibitions, except that you can’t put too much pressure on the papules (very hard) - a hematoma may form. And you shouldn’t use the scrub for a couple of days.
There will be a couple of ugly photos next! The impressionable can scroll through
Photo only on an iPhone, because for some reason I didn’t want to photograph it in good quality
Neck 4 hours after the procedure. I didn’t get around to photographing my face, sorry))
And parts of the face by the evening of the second day (i.e. after about 36 hours).
That's all, I guess;) Thanks for your attention!
As always, yours is Alina. Increase
How it works?
There are rudimentary muscles in the skin, for example, when “goosebumps pass”, “goose bumps” appear, or as in animals the fur stands on end. In humans, there are also micromuscles near the hair and in the skin that react to stress. And since modern man is in a state of chronic stress, these micromuscles in the skin are in constant spasm, so tissue nutrition is disrupted, lymph and cell metabolism products stagnate. As a result, we get a swollen face with dull skin color. After introducing mesobotox into the dermal layer, the micromusculature of the dermis relaxes, microcirculation and tissue nutrition improves, the skin becomes smooth and radiant.
If you perform neuromesolifting of the scalp, hair loss stops, hair follicles are restored, hair becomes strong, thick and shiny. Due to improved nutrition of hair roots.
The method has also proven itself well for the treatment of rosacea. Rosacea is based on a change in the tone of small superficial vessels of the skin, resulting in a violation of venous outflow, stagnation of lymph due to compression of blood vessels and, as a result, hyperemia (redness) of the face, vasodilation, swelling faces, etc. After the neuromesolifting procedure, these phenomena disappear due to the restoration of blood flow, relieving spasm and pressure on the vessels.
This technique also perfectly helps with acne, fights oily skin and enlarged pores, by normalizing the functioning of the sebaceous and sweat glands.
The method shows excellent results when working with patients of different ages - from 30 to 45 years and older. Can be used as part of an integrated approach - together with courses of rejuvenating masks and peelings. But keep in mind that enough time should pass between interventions (at least one and a half weeks).
Neuromesolifting. Max-Adam Scherer
In aesthetic medicine, new methods appear every year. Sometimes it is difficult to distinguish an advertising “dummy” from a truly effective technique. It’s all the more pleasant when a specialist with extensive experience takes on the task of commenting and explaining everything in detail for ordinary people. Today our interlocutor is plastic surgeon Max-Adam Scherer, who not only uses a technique such as neuromesolifting, but is also its developer!
Doctor, let's start by defining the word "neuromesolifting"
Neuromesolifting
is a combined technique:
“neuro”
means that neuropreparations are used (in our case, botulinum toxins),
“meso”
means a mesotherapy complex. And the use of this technique gives a lifting effect.
Are you the author of this technique?
Yes. We have developed a neuromesolifting technique and have been using it for 5 years. Pushed me to this work
(FSPU NPO Microgen), which produces the drug Relatox.
The topic of titrated (diluted) doses of botulinum toxin is not new. There are several schools of aesthetic medicine that use different botulinum toxin preparations with varying degrees of dilution. The principle is that the more solvent you add to the toxin, the easier it is to diffuse into tissues. This allows you to get different effects.
If we talk about the domestic school of botulinum therapy, it is built on the classical principles of breeding, mainly for intramuscular administration. Why?
Yes, this is justified by the following: since the point of application is muscle tissue, then it needs to be injected into it. At the same time, for example, the American school of botulinum therapy mainly uses subcutaneous administration and achieves more pronounced results.
How did you come up with the idea of creating a new technique?
I worked with Relatox for a long time.
There is a clear dilution recommendation for this drug. The drug itself has fairly high biological activity. If we compare it with the “gold standards” (Botox and Dysport), then Relatox is harsher and gives less diffusion. For patients with thin skin prone to swelling, it is almost impossible to administer the drug in an acceptable manner. For them, it was necessary to develop a scheme where Relatox could be used in a more titrated form (change the ratio of solvent and active substance). Plus, there are places where you can’t inject a classic drug at all if it’s not titrated.
This is how a technique was born that combines several approaches: botulinum toxin is used in a classic dilution for intramuscular injections, and in a more diluted version for more superficial injections.
Can the neuromesolifting technique be used with other botulinum toxins?
Yes, it can, if you use the technology correctly. In general, the neuromesolifting technique has become a kind of alternative to the classical methods of using botulinum toxin and revealed its capabilities when administered intradermally.
What effect can be obtained from the neuromesolifting procedure?
First, when botulinum toxin enters the skin, we get the effect of a “glamorous” glow
.
The second aspect is the effect on the vascular network
. For people with constant redness, it allows you to remove dilated microvessels. The third is help in the fight against alopecia (hair loss). After a course of neuromesolifting, hair loss stops by 80%. This radically changes the approach to mesotherapy hair treatment.
What is this connected with?
All intradermal effects are due to the fact that there are vestigial muscles in the skin. Remember how a cat's fur stands on end? This is due to the fact that there is a small muscle near each hair. Animals need it so that their fur can fluff up. People also have it, but it does not fulfill its function.
We don't need to ruffle our fur, but all our muscles react to stress.
And because of modern life, we have chronic stress. Some people have a pain in the neck, others in the lower back. Massage therapists know this well. But everyone forgets that there are also micromuscles that are in a collapsed state. We seem to “walk around with disheveled hair all the time.” https://drscherer.ru/
Indications and contraindications
The main indications for neuromesolifting with Botulax, Botox, Dysport, Relatox are a violation of the clarity of the oval of the face, severe ptosis, wrinkles and folds of varying severity, acne, rosacea, diffuse alopecia. There are also restrictions: pregnancy and lactation, severe chronic diseases, acute infectious diseases, vascular pathologies, blood diseases.
Pros and cons of mesotherapy
The advantages of the procedure include:
- safety;
- low morbidity;
- short rehabilitation period;
- pronounced effect that lasts about six months;
- no age restrictions;
- a small number of contraindications;
- wide range of effects.
There are also some disadvantages:
- soreness;
- in some cases, redness, swelling and bruising may occur;
- the need to follow the procedures in a course.
The professionalism of the doctor and the correct choice of drug are of great importance for the effectiveness and safety of the procedure. An improperly performed procedure can lead to the development of inflammation.
What effect to expect
The complex composition of the meso-cocktail, which is introduced through the papular technique, provides nutrition to the upper layers of the skin, stimulates metabolic processes, and accelerates the production of its own collagen. The result of the procedure is smooth, dense, pleasant to the touch skin that seems to glow from within. Injection marks dissolve very quickly, and the resulting rejuvenating effect can last from six months to a year. then the procedure can be repeated.

What is mesotherapy
As you know, our skin consists of several layers, the top of which is the epidermis. When we apply masks, serums, creams to the skin, basically, their components can only penetrate the upper layers of the epidermis and, in fact, only affect its condition (which is also important).
But wrinkles begin to form in the deep layer of skin called the dermis. Nothing penetrates into this layer from the outside.
Mesotherapy is a way to introduce nourishing, moisturizing, stimulating, medicinal preparations directly into the deep layers of the skin, for which injections are used.
This achieves two types of effects:
- The effect of the components of the cocktail, which is injected into the skin.
- The effect of the injection itself is a mechanical effect on the skin. The fact is that injection is a traumatic procedure. The skin reacts to minor injuries by stimulating the synthesis of collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid. It is known that with age, the destruction of these components begins to prevail over synthesis, and they are the ones “responsible” for the density, elasticity, and moisture of the skin. Therefore, as a result of injections, we can also observe skin tightening and a lifting effect without surgical intervention.
